Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is currently looking to recruit a permanent, full time IT Operations Team Leader (36.25 hours per week) based in Carlisle, Newcastle or Workington (remote/hybrid working available) with a salary of £41,027 - £45,262 per annum.
As our IT Operations Team Leader you will lead our Technical Operations Team, ensuring we provide an excellent service desk delivery – supporting our colleagues in the use of our business systems and applications. You will have experience of service desk management, supporting technical colleagues in a collaborative environment, and ensuring service standards are maintained. You will drive continuous service improvement and contribute to the successful delivery of IT.
CCHA owns and manages more than 7,000 homes across the North of England in Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear and North Lancashire.
