The Role
Due to continual growth and expansion we are currently looking to recruit an experienced Administration Assistant at our head office in Burntisland, Fife.
Principal Responsibilities
* Administration support for the project team with daily operations.
* Ensuring standards are developed and maintained to a high quality with regards to project documentation.
* Preparing and formatting documentation for the project team
* Assisting with Document Control.
* Maintaining and developing departmental filing system
* Provide accurate and timely information to line manager.
* Promote and develop effective working relationships with colleagues, other departments, suppliers, clients and customers.
* Upload certification to client portals as required by the contracts in place.
* Organise travel and accommodation for staff and contractors where required.
* Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, & scanning.
* Assist in tracking and arranging the departments training needs.
* Arranging site paperwork for the project team.
* Assisting with arranging meetings and events.
* Raising purchase orders.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will have hands on experience working within a similar role, be confident in their own ability to manage the workload efficiently and on time. Strong IT and communication skills are essential.
