Key Responsibilities: Partner Enablement: Develop and deliver technical training sessions, webinars, and workshops to empower Resellers and Distributors with the necessary knowledge to promote and sell our email, compliance, and cloud security products Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with Channel Partners to provide pre-sales technical support, including product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and solution design to address customer requirements Channel Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with key Channel Partners in the region, assisting them in developing sales strategies, identifying opportunities, and achieving sales targets Technical Expertise: Act as a technical advisor and subject matter expert for Proofpoint’s products, addressing complex technical queries, and providing guidance on best practices and implementation Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align channel strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand market presence Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from Channel Partners and customers to identify potential product enhancements and work with product management and development teams to improve solutions Market Analysis: Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and provide insights to Channel Partner Requirements: Experience: Sales Engineering experience, specifically within the cybersecurity industry Previous experience working with Resellers, Distributors, or other Channel Partners is essential Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of email and cloud security solutions, including knowledge of security protocols, threat detection, encryption, and data protection technologies Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and finding innovative solutions Additional language skills are a plus If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us
