This position involves working 2 to 3 days per week over a 3-month period. The successful candidate will provide high-quality physiotherapy care to patients with neurological conditions, focusing on their rehabilitation and functional recovery. You will be an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, ensuring personalised and effective treatment plans that promote patient independence and improve overall quality of life. This will be a 3 month contract with a rate of £24.00 – £27.00 per hour. What will you be doing in this Physiotherapy role? The Locum Physiotherapist will undertake comprehensive assessments of patients with neurological conditions, design and implement tailored physiotherapy interventions, and evaluate patient progress. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, adapting treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments. Additionally, you will provide education and support to patients and their families, helping them understand and manage their conditions. Your role will also involve maintaining accurate and detailed patient records and adhering to best practice guidelines in all aspects of care. Essential Requirements: HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist. Relevant experience in an inpatient neurophysiotherapy setting. Must have the right to work in the UK. Proven ability to develop and deliver effective treatment plans for neurological conditions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
