Job Title: Static Shift Maintenance Electrician
Location: Middlesbrough

Salary: £38,000 per annum
My client is a large facilities and maintenance company who operates in various sectors across the commercial sector. They are currently looking for a number of experienced maintenance electricians to join an established team on a static site in Middlesbrough. This role is full time, permanent with 37.5 hours per week, a mixture of shifts between hours of 7am - 7pm or 7pm - 7am & 4 on 3 off.

Responsibilities will include:
Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on electrical systems and equipment.
Conduct periodic inspections to identify issues and prevent breakdowns.
Respond promptly to emergency electrical issues and ensure swift resolution.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work and repairs.
Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure smooth operations.
Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Applicants for the role must possess the following:
Fully qualified electrician with relevant certifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, AM 2).
18th edition
Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably within a commercial setting.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work shift patterns as required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
2391 Test and inspection - highly desirable
Must be able to obtain DBS before joining the job
