In return, our automated technology pre-plans your route and pre-loads your van.
Given that everyone prefers their groceries at different times, our working patterns will include evenings and weekends, in addition to weekdays. This means you'll receive premiums that increase your average hourly earnings to £13.23 per hour. You can also enhance your earnings further with overtime to fund special occasions.
All your breaks are paid, meaning you're compensated for every minute at work.

What do we need from you?
You don't require previous experience to join our team, just bring yourself and a positive attitude, and our training team will handle the rest.
However, you will need the following Driving Licence Requirements:
* A full UK or EU driving licence
* A minimum of 6 months driving experience
* A maximum of 6 penalty points
* No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years
Some deliveries involve handling alcohol products, so you must be over 18 to apply.
As this is a customer-facing role, good communication skills are essential.

Hourly Pay:
Monday to Saturday (Basic Rate): £12.74
Evening Premium (from 6pm): £1.12
Sunday Day Premium: £1.27
Sunday Evening Premium: £2.51
Overtime Rate Monday to Saturday (Day Shift): £15.93
Overtime Rate Monday to Saturday (Evening Shift): £17.33
Contract Type: Permanent
Contract Hours: 40 hours (including paid breaks)
Contracted Days: You will be required to work any 5 days out of 7, working 8-hour shifts. Further information will be provided during pre-boarding.
Shifts: AM & PM. Your shift rota will be provided up to 13 weeks in advance.
Pay Structure: The position is lunar paid. You will be paid every 4 weeks according to a monthly schedule.
