Join a multi-discipline consultancy to help them lead the way in public infrastructure and housing development. They are committed to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service to their public sector clients, with a strong desire to deliver into the private sector, helping clients meet their housing needs through Private Finance Initiative (PFI) projects.
Responsibilities:
As a PFI Surveyor you will be responsible for:
* Overseeing project delivery from initiation to completion, reporting directly to the Managing Director and maintaining accountability to the client lead.
* Managing project teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery while achieving profitable outcomes.
* Providing proactive day-to-day support, coordinating responsibilities, and leading the management of any appointed professional consultants.
* Collaborating with internal teams to plan and align project execution with client requirements.
Specific Duties:
* Adhere to statutory, fiduciary, or common-law duties and maintain strict compliance with the company’s anti-bribery and anti-corruption policies.
* Preserve business confidentiality unless legally mandated to disclose information.
* Perform your role with independent judgment, care, skill, and diligence.
* Follow reasonable and lawful directions from the board and avoid any actual or potential conflicts of interest, declaring any interests in transactions involving the company.
* Abide by company rules, policies, and procedures as outlined in the staff handbook (accessible via intranet or HR department) and subject to updates.
* Comply with the Quality Management System (QMS), assist in bespoke amendments where applicable, and ensure prompt billing of services.
* Respond timely to inquiries from finance or other directors, uphold our values, manage staff according to established processes, and provide regular reports to directors and/or the Board.
Salary
£55,000 - £65,000
