About The Fresh Curry
The Fresh Curry is a premium pre-cooked Indian gravy brand designed exclusively for the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering) market. Our goal is to simplify kitchen operations for professional chefs by providing authentic, customizable, and high-quality Indian gravies that save time while maintaining consistency and taste.
As part of our expansion into the UK market, we are building a core team of 5-6 Market Representative Partners, each responsible for a specific region. We are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial individual to lead our presence in Birmingham.
Role Overview
As a Market Representative Partner, you will be the face of The Fresh Curry in Birmingham and play a crucial role in building demand, driving sales, and managing customer relationships within the region. This is a partnership opportunity, not an employment role, meaning you will have direct ownership over the market and a revenue-sharing model based on your success.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Development: Identify and connect with potential customers, including restaurant owners, executive chefs, foodservice businesses, and catering companies.
2. Product Promotion: Conduct meetings and product tastings to introduce The Fresh Curry’s gravies and collect feedback.
3. Sales Generation: Secure orders from clients and drive consistent sales growth within your region.
4. Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all customers in Birmingham, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
5. Brand Representation: Act as the local brand ambassador, ensuring The Fresh Curry is well-positioned within the HoReCa industry in your region.
6. Order Processing: Facilitate order placements and ensure smooth coordination between customers and our logistics team (without managing logistics yourself).

3. Passion for Indian cuisine – A strong appreciation for food and the restaurant business.
4. Local market knowledge – You have a good understanding of the Birmingham food scene and key players in the restaurant industry.
