Develop and coach local market People Leads and the European L&D Business Partner Operational Excellence: Implement and enhance HR functional reporting, streamline HR systems, and optimise talent management strategies Client-Centric Innovation: Curate, design, and develop new programs that meet the evolving needs of our customers and clients, with a focus on growth mindset and negotiation skills Budget Management: Oversee and optimise the European People budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with strategic objectives Role Requirements Experience: Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, work across multiple markets, and lead HR and cultural transformations. Strong commercial acumen and project management skills.
