We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for a 12-month FTC to lead strategic projects that enhance our digital channels, improve sales journeys, and introduce new products and payment methods.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of projects related to digital transformation, Data optimisation, and the introduction of new ways of working.
* Work cross-functionally with business to drive successful project outcomes.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while maintaining a strong focus on quality and customer experience.
* Act as a key interface between senior stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
* Utilize project management best practices and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) to ensure effective planning, execution, and risk management.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager within the regulated industry.
* Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and influence at all levels of the organization.
* Experience and a deep understanding of project governance.
* Strong leadership and team collaboration skills, with the ability to motivate teams to achieve project goals.
You will be required to go into the Edinburgh office 2/3 days a week.
