Role Overview: Solutions & Services Support
The Solutions & Services Support role is a key position within our fast-paced business unit. You will assist with daily solution requests, ensuring that customer needs are met efficiently and effectively. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team where you’ll receive training and support to help you achieve your full potential.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities may include:
* Managing and administering quotes for a portfolio of vendors.
* Collaborating with the Solutions & Sales team to ensure quotes are accurate and orders are processed seamlessly.
* Liaising with manufacturers to secure and negotiate special pricing discounts for the team and our customers.
* Resolving queries related to the fulfilment of customer orders.
* Ensuring adherence to pre-defined customer service level agreements (SLAs).
* Owning the quote process, providing regular updates to account managers at key stages.
* Managing tasks such as qualifying opportunities, handling renewals, creating sales orders, invoicing, and delivering excellent customer service.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal sales teams, supply chain contacts, and external customers.
