This SEN school for children aged 5-18 offers restorative and therapeutic approaches to education and behaviour management, focusing on raising attainment and engagement while building essential life skills to prepare them for the 'real world'. The school has a caring, restorative approach, emphasizing positive reinforcement.
Responsibilities
1. Support students academically and pastorally.
2. Work 1:1 and in small groups with students.
3. Encourage the development of social skills and support students' individual needs.
4. Attend staff meetings and complete CPD.
5. Follow safeguarding procedures.
