Role: International Business Development Manager Salary: £30K Annual Bonus based on Target Achievement Based: Northern Ireland Hours: 40 hours per week. With an extensive and strong client base throughout the UK and Ireland, we are looking to take on a Business Development Manager who has serious ambition to help grow our business at home and abroad. Utilising our tender identification platform, you will be involved in all aspects of the tender research, selection and writing process as well as ensuring PQQs and tender submissions are prepared to the highest standards. You will be expected to assist in the review, preparation and delivery of tenders to prospective clients and internally to Senior Management. The role also includes key components in developing and deploying our social media and SEO strategy. Key responsibilities: Scope, identify and write tender and DPS submissions for opportunities within the Management and Leadership Skills Training sector both nationally and internationally Track, measure and submit bids for future opportunities on DPS Frameworks Understand the scope of work, read RFIs/ITTs, and assist in strategy preparation Identify and help the Senior Management Team to overcome international Trade barriers Ensure timely completion of Pre-Qualification Questionnaires Schedule and coordinate various meetings from the kick off meeting to determine strategy and identify wider Tender Team, to the final meeting to approve submission Project manage the compilation of information from various members of the team (internally and externally) to complete business tenders Commercial & technical qualification of all tenders ensuring risk mitigation Ensuring that tenders are delivered within the specified timescales, and delivered to the client in a compliant way Identify new partnership opportunities and develop new business, nurturing these relationships to support the continued growth and success of the company Ensure all communications are thoroughly and efficiently recorded on our internal CRM system Essential criteria: Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the training sector Previous experience in Tendering/Commercial environment Competent in completing the full tender process from ITT receipt through to Contract Award. Proven track record in securing high value contracts.
