Accounts Assistant - Woking
Invoice Preparation & Issuance:
Generate accurate and timely invoices and posting of shipments in Business central based on sales orders.
Ensure all billing data is correct, including pricing, discounts, taxes, and payment terms.
Address any discrepancies in billing or payment terms.
Reconciliation:
Reconcile invoices against sales orders, shipments and inbounds from our warehouse.
Investigate discrepancies between billed amounts and payments, resolving issues promptly.
Customer Communication:
Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding billing inquiries, disputes, or payment issues.
Resolve customer billing issues professionally and ensure clear communication regarding payment terms and invoice details.
Follow up on overdue payments and assist with collections when necessary.
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare detailed reports on invoicing.
Provide recommendations to improve billing efficiency and reduce errors.
Assist in monthly and year-end financial closing processes.
Compliance and Policies:
Adhere to company policies, accounting principles, and legal requirements related to billing and accounts receivable.
