What this opportunity involves:
We have an opportunity for a Facilities Administrator to join our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services business line and work onsite with our client, global tech giant Amazon! You’ll be responsible for providing facilities administrative support to the operations team.
A snapshot of day-to-day duties required:
* Ensuring Client satisfaction through excellent facilities management as well as workplace engagement activities planning, advice, and support.
* Office / Facility tour and introduction for all new hires.
* Ensure vendors are well-managed, delivering services on time and within budget.
* Finance management and processing vendor invoices and update invoice tracker.
* Attend Emergency situations and prepare Incident Reports and upload the IR to both JLL and client systems.
* Assist with onsite event setup and coordination where required.
* Management of all faults and queries raised through the helpdesk.
* Liaison with the landlord on matters relating to the premises.
To succeed in this role you will be proactive with a keen eye for detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities. You'll possess a can-do attitude with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships. A strategic thinker who is capable of dealing with ambiguity and solve complex problems effectively.
Minimum Requirements:
* Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Facilities, or equivalent qualification.
* Prior experience in Finance, Hospitality, Property Management, or Facilities Management.
