Are you a caring and compassionate HCA looking for additional shifts? Our client is looking for experienced HCAs to support their agency bank team across Merseyside.
The role of a Health Care Assistant is vital to ensure the Trust delivers a safe and high-quality service to all its service users. You will be passionate about delivering high standards of care and happy to support people with a range of mental health or physical health diagnoses. You will be an effective communicator and listener and be able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
You will be working in a mental health inpatient hospital where you will carry out assigned duties, involving direct care and observation of service users under the guidance and indirect supervision of qualified staff. You will report any observations made whilst providing care to service users, detailing mental state and risk factors.
We can offer various shifts including days, nights, and weekends to fit around your availability.

What you’ll need:
1. A minimum of 6 months paid experience as a mental health HCA
2. Enhanced DBS
3. Valid PSS Training (Control and Restraint Training)
