Responsibilities include:
1. Adhering to compliance and operational risk controls
2. Managing vault and ATM operations, including balancing
3. Handling branch currency and inventory management
4. Performing cash counts and balancing duties
5. Supporting the branch manager and leading staff in their absence
6. Assisting with staff scheduling
7. Processing customer transactions and developing customer relationships
8. Resolving account issues and coaching team members
9. Communicating effectively with customers and maintaining high service standards
10. Documenting policy changes and ensuring operational readiness
Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Successful experience as a Teller and in branch banking or related operations
* Knowledge of company policies, branch operations, and regulatory requirements
* Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Excellent cash-handling skills and problem-solving abilities
* Self-motivated with leadership qualities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
