The team supports visitors across our attractions in all areas such as visitor engagement, ticketing, food and beverage, guidebook sales and retail. Our aim is to deliver a first-class visitor experience across our unique heritage attractions. This Visitor Experience Supervisor role will take a lead on our Food and Beverage outlets at our Gosport sites, as well as covering Duty Supervisor shifts for in the Visitor Experience Managers’ absence. What you can bring: To supervise on location-based catering, delivering targeted income, maximising revenue opportunities and minimise costs through effective management of goods and foodstuffs. To ensure statutory requirements are met and food safety protocols are followed. Knowledge of Food Hygiene and Environmental Health requirements a must. A friendly and engaging communication style, with the ability to work with diverse audiences. Demonstrable understanding of why excellent customer service standards is critical to success. Display an understanding of commercial awareness and its importance. Experience of working in a customer focused environment Basic knowledge of Health and Safety and Security requirements and/or a willingness to learn more. To support the management team in positively managing the visitor experience Ability to work under pressure during busy periods.
