Role: Audit Data Analyst
Location: London, 2-3 days per week on site required
Duration: 12-month contract
Rate: £550.00 - £600.00 DOE
Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Data Analytics professional to join our Internal Audit Department. This role will involve collaborating with audit teams across the EMEA region, supporting the integration and use of Data Analytics in various assignments. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of Computer Aided Auditing Tools (CAATs), facilitating continuous auditing and monitoring. As part of a four-member Data Analytics team, you will play a key role in driving data-driven insights across audits and credit reviews within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the delivery of Data Analytics (DA) strategy, ensuring alignment with the audit plan and firm's risk profile.
* Communicate data analysis results to audit teams and senior management through dashboards, reports, and presentations.
* Develop and maintain knowledge of data structures within firm systems, including Credit, Capital Markets, Risk, and Audit Workflow Tools.
* Create and manage dashboards and reports to identify trends, patterns, and risks in large datasets.
* Assist Internal Audit teams by providing actionable insights and analytics to enhance their audit activities.
* Ensure timely delivery of DA Strategy milestones and manage development requests.
* Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to the Data Analytics team, facilitating the creation of reusable tools.
* Establish strong working relationships with senior stakeholders, including Audit Partners and Group Heads, to help achieve key objectives for the department.
