How you'll make a difference The Service Delivery Manager is a key role, responsible for ensuring the delivery of IT services aligns with the needs of the business. You'll manage relationships, work closely with the Governance & Control Analysts to deliver consistent service metrics and partner across technology to resolve issues and, drive service improvements. You'll work closely with the business to manage and improve the delivery of Business Services, leveraging ITIL best practices to manage business relationships through continual improvement.

• Ability to understand business needs, capture requirements and in partnership with Service Desk, build and deliver effective service solutions.
• Strong relationship management skills to effectively engage with business stakeholders.
• A commitment to ITIL best practices and service excellence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross business interactions and team collaboration.
• Experience driving service excellence and continual service improvement..
• Strategic thinking to align IT services with business objectives.
• Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in managing IT service delivery in line with ITIL frameworks.
• Proficiency in service management tools and processes.
