The Role:
As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will work closely with Regional Business Development Managers, providing the technical expertise needed to support sales and close deals. Your key responsibilities will include:
Pre-sales technical support– assisting sales teams with solution design and product recommendations.
Product demonstrations & training– delivering training sessions to customers and internal teams.
Project support– advising security installation companies on best-fit solutions for their clients.
Technical consultation– ensuring seamless integration of CCTV and security products into enterprise-level systems.
Travel– covering the UK with occasional travel across EMEA (overnight stays may be required).
What You’ll Need:
Strong technical background in CCTV, networking, and security system integrations.
Experience in a Pre-Sales, Project Engineering, or Technical Support role.
Knowledge of enterprise-level systems and large-scale security projects.
Ability to deliver engaging product demonstrations and training.
Willingness to travel extensively across the UK with some overnight stays.
