The Role As a Senior BeMS Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering energy-efficient and decarbonisation strategies across multiple sectors. You will collaborate with the Engineering and Managed Services teams, ensuring our clients achieve optimal building performance and energy savings. This role involves UK-wide travel to client sites, working closely with organisations committed to achieving Net Zero goals. Key Responsibilities Conduct onsite feasibility studies to identify energy, carbon, and cost-saving opportunities. Develop advanced BeMS control strategies to enhance energy efficiencyReview and optimise HVAC systems, ensuring alignment with BSRIA AG98 and BS-EN15232 standards. Analyse high-frequency data trends to identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions. Provide expert advice on decarbonisation technologies, ensuring cutting-edge solutions. Prepare technical reports and investment-grade business cases for clients. Deliver internal training on BeMS systems, Smart Buildings, and HVAC optimisation. Contribute to presales activities, including business development, site surveys, and stakeholder engagement. Support the development of the Consulting team, including processes, methodologies, and innovation Key Requirements Technical Expertise Extensive experience with BeMS audits, control optimisation, and strategy development Strong knowledge of HVAC plant and control strategies Ability to read and interpret Trend Set files and BeMS control strategies Familiarity with metering, sub-metering, and aM&T platforms (advantageous) Knowledge of BSRIA AG98 & BS-EN15232 standards Qualifications & Knowledge Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services qualifications Prince2 or equivalent project management qualification (desirable) Understanding of UK energy policy and incentives Proficiency in data analysis and technical reporting Soft Skills & Mindset Passion for sustainability and decarbonisation Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK Why JoinMy Client Join a purpose-drive
