Basic salary £27K+ uncapped commission (OTE £40K – 45K) + benefits
Full time - 5 days a week 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday covering a Saturday every two weeks

The Role
The currently require Retail Sales Executives based from their showrooms in Edinburgh and Bathgate
• You will be responsible for selling their high value health and lifestyle products direct to customers.
• Dealing with a mix of new and existing customers.
• This is a structured sale.
• Quickly build relationships with customers to facilitate purchases.
• Provide a patient and compassionate personal service tailored to individual needs with assessments on their requirements.
• Selecting the correct product to ensure needs are met.
• Role will involve taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to organise and schedule deliveries.
• Administrative responsibilities also include checking orders with suppliers and managing service issues.
• Working a relaxed, but often fast paced environment.
• Working to financial targets.
• Role could also include stock management and pricing.
The Candidate
• To apply you will require a minimum of 12 months successful track record of sales from any sales environment with experience of selling high ticket items (e.g Car sales, Home Improvements, furniture, kitchen sales).

• Motivated and enthusiastic with an ethical approach to sales.
• Articulate, proactive and quick thinking with the ability to establish relationships quickly.
• Ability to deal at all levels.

• Desire to pursue a career in the exciting world of high-ticket retail sales.
