Hours of work:
8 HOURS PER WEEK to be worked flexibly, mostly Monday – Friday, but sometimes this may involve working during weekends.

GREAT SANKEY AREA OF WARRINGTON, CHESHIRE
Rate of pay: £12.00 PER HOUR
Female Personal Assistant required to provide personal and practical assistance, to enable a lady to live an independent personal and social life in her own home, and within the community.
Applicants must have experience of working with people who have Autism and complex mental health needs, and have a calm and friendly personality. Timekeeping and being on time is very important.
Applicants would need to be comfortable with large dogs, as the lady has a Labrador.
MAIN DUTIES:
· Assisting at meal times and with meal preparation
· Assistance with shopping
· Supporting the lady to complete domestic duties (housework and laundry)
· Support and accompany the lady to attend appointments as and when necessary
· Must be able to walk long distances, for days when the lady is able to walk her dog.
· Support during social and leisure activities, and escorting to events and outings. The lady enjoys sport, listening to and playing music (playing guitar and piano), going to the gym, and completing jigsaws and puzzles.
CAR OWNER/DRIVER IS NOT ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE. The lady has her own Motability car, and prefers to drive.
The exact working hours would be discussed at interview stage, with the prospective employer.
