Bouygues UK is recruiting for a Graduate Assistant Site Manager.
The Role
Supporting our London & South East region, the Graduate Assistant Site Manager will learn and develop the skills necessary to support the project in the coordination and control of the onsite construction process.
The Graduate Assistant Site Manager will be enrolled onto our graduate programme, which is a two-year structured training scheme. The programme is designed to enhance and develop soft skills and technical capability through a blend of classroom-based learning and on-the-job training.
We will provide you with the support and mechanisms to build a successful career, including support with chartership.
What you’ll need
1. A 2:1 in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
2. A genuine interest in the construction industry.
