Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets.
* You will be expected to build on strong customer relationships with (Merchants, Distributors, Commercial & Domestic Plumbers, Civil Engineers and Utilities).
* Conduct regular market analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
* Build solid relationships with internal sales, marketing, and customer service teams and sharing good practices with Area Sales colleagues, the Technical Manager, and the senior management team.
* Develop a high level of up-to-date product knowledge to ensure you can offer customers the best product solution for their requirements
Personal Attributes:
* Proven sales experience in the building products industry, preferably with a manufacturer. We would consider candidates working in Merchanting/Distribution and looking for the next step in their career with a manufacturer.
* Excellent communicator and negotiator who thrives on networking and relationship-building
* Ability to analyse market data, grasp market trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and a passion for customer satisfaction.
