About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our successful IREF service business, including managing technicians, and P&L management in an Industrial Refrigeration environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coach a team of skilled technicians to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
* Develop and implement strategies to grow the business and improve operational efficiency.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
* Manage budgets and drive operational efficiency to achieve business goals.
Requirements
* Proven experience in industrial refrigeration, including experience in a leadership or managerial role.
* Technical background and knowledge of Industrial Refrigeration Systems in both industrial and commercial environments.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Relevant degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
