Senior Professional - Shift Operations Manager - Sidcup
Contract - Permenant
Do you have extensive leadership experience and qualities seeking a new opportunity? Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is looking for a Senior Warehouse Professional based at our Sidcup Site, offering an attractive salary of up to £62,000 p/a, a business-related bonus, contributory pension and company share scheme. Working on a 4 on 4 off rotation split across 06:00-18:00 & 18:00-06:00 with free on site parking.
Following a robust induction programme you will be responsible for the following;
* Full operational routines driving H&S, quality, service and costs linked to your associated business unit
* Development of identified key talent through transparent career plans aligning to the site Talent Pipeline
* Create and lead your Business Unit engagement plan through the voice of colleagues, leaders and stakeholders
* Own, lead and deliver agreed projects within role
* Identify areas of change through data and feedback
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate their leadership and coaching achievements within an environment inclusive of frontline colleagues, direct reports, peers and stakeholders. They will thrive in a team that challenges each other, encourages self development, development of others and has an inclusive mindset.
