* Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate clearly.
* You must also be willing to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance as a condition of your continued employment if you do not have it already.
Responsibilities:
* In the role of Senior Technical Architect, you will be responsible for the technical design of solutions for the ServiceNow platform, its interfaces, and integrations. You will ensure that technical solutions adhere to relevant standards and best practices, maintain resilience, and meet security requirements. Working alongside other architects, you will support and offer design solutions to tackle technology challenges. You will closely collaborate with development scrum teams, business partners, and IT colleagues to design solutions that ensure operational delivery and align with strategic end-to-end functional design. Additionally, you will lead specific technical aspects of service delivery and articulate technical viewpoints effectively to both technical and non-technical colleagues, including senior management and business partners. Mentoring within teams and providing leadership to Technical Architects will also be part of your duties.
