Reports to: Sales Director
Salary: £35k - £45k + Uncapped Commission (Realistic OTE £25k - £30k)
Location: Hybrid - 2 days home + 3 days office based

Key Responsibilities
1. Booking qualified meetings with prospects.
2. Use outreach tools such as Hubspot, LinkedIn, and our own software to conduct a multi-touch approach.
3. Holding demos of products with decision makers.
4. Reach out to C-suite / Director level prospects.
5. Create and build strong relationships.
6. Hunt new business opportunities and conduct discovery calls to uncover challenges and pain points.
7. Create personalised emails to engage prospects throughout the sales cycle.
8. Work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing Teams.
9. Own the entire sales process - From conception to end.
10. Closing & Negotiating.
Skills & Experience
1. Previous cold calling experience/sales.
2. Proactive, eager, and genuinely curious to find out more.
3. Enthusiastic, results-driven, and willing to learn.
