Job Description:
Estio Training is thrilled to offer a new opportunity for a L3 Multi-Channel Marketer at Auto Kitchen UK LTD based in Chorleywood.
Role Summary:
This role involves:
1. CRM organisation and management
2. Website management & optimisation
3. Email campaign management
Key Responsibilities:
As a Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice, you will:
1. Email Campaign Management: Another significant responsibility involves the development, analysis, and maintenance of email campaigns from both Brevo and our CRM. Your role will encompass creating engaging email content tailored for mass distribution to both our existing customer base and potential leads. Continuously monitoring campaign performance metrics is crucial to refine strategies, enhance customer engagement, and guide leads through the sales funnel effectively.
2. Website Maintenance and Optimization: You will also play a vital role in maintaining our websites to ensure they operate smoothly. This includes regular checks to identify and address any technical issues that may arise, ensuring optimal Search Engine Optimization (SEO) performance, and managing Google Ads campaigns to maximize our online presence.
3. CRM Organization and Management: The organization and upkeep of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system are integral parts of your responsibilities. This involves diligently managing contact information, updating customer details, and tracking information.
Qualifications:
1. Educational Requirements: 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent, including English Language and Maths.
Skills & Personal Qualities:
1. General computer knowledge including Word, Excel.
2. Good punctuality.
3. Attention to detail.
4. Positive attitude
5. Communication skills

1. Master the art of crafting compelling content tailored for diverse audiences and a variety of marketing channels, ensuring sensitivity and effectiveness in communication.
2. Analyse and integrate information from the multi-channel marketing landscape to inform and optimise both short-term tactics and long-term strategies.
3. Implement secure, innovative solutions using a broad spectrum of digital tools and platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences while achieving marketing objectives.
4. Conduct comprehensive reviews and analyses of multi-channel marketing activities, measuring success and providing actionable recommendations for enhancement.
5. Create and interpret insightful analytical dashboards utilising advanced digital tools, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
6. Strategically plan, execute, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across an array of digital and traditional media platforms.
7. Develop, understand, and apply marketing briefs and plans to ensure alignment with business objectives and brand consistency.
