Class 1 Driver Needed - Northampton Area (Potential Night Out)
We are looking for an experienced Class 1 driver to join our agency and work with a valued client in Northampton. This is an excellent opportunity for drivers seeking reliable work, competitive pay, and the potential for night outs.
Position Details:
1. Hourly Rate: Competitive pay
2. Potential for Night Out: Overnight stays required for certain routes
3. Location: Northampton area
4. Minimum Hours: 10+ hours per day
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operating Class 1 vehicles for regional and nationwide deliveries
2. Transporting goods safely and efficiently
3. Completing vehicle checks and ensuring compliance with all regulations
4. Occasionally required to stay overnight (night out allowance provided)
5. Adhering to all road safety and delivery schedules
Requirements:
1. Valid Class 1 driving licence (essential)
2. CPC card & Tachograph card (required)
3. Previous experience as a Class 1 driver
4. Ability to work independently, including occasional night outs
5. Strong communication skills and reliability
