About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Tech Recruiter to join our Digital, Data, and Technology (DDaT) Department for our client within a leading public services organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and proactive recruiter who can hit the ground running and play a pivotal role in sourcing top talent for critical digital and technology roles.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for digital, data, and technology roles, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
* Partner closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
* Proactively source and attract top-tier talent for key roles such as Head of Data Engineers, Product Support Engineers, Senior Solution Architects, and Developers (ServiceNow, Maximo).
* Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, leveraging various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and referrals.
* Provide expert advice on market trends, salary benchmarking, and talent attraction strategies.
* Ensure all recruitment activities align with public sector policies, diversity and inclusion best practices, and compliance requirements.
About You:
* Proven experience in digital, data, and technology (DDaT) recruitment with a strong track record of hiring for technical roles.
* Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and leadership teams effectively.
* Strong knowledge of the technology market, with a deep understanding of recruitment trends and challenges.
* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
* Proactive and results-driven, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
