Within this role you will:
Source and provide key logistics support and understanding in the effective planning and delivery of the Force Elements at Sustainability (FE@S) initiative.
Manage and oversee the provision of required and workable programme processes, documentation and Information Management.
Act as the primary agent for the running and administration of future FE@S coherence, liaison with the delivery teams and ensuring that they are correctly informed.
Become a key contact and liaison point with relevant stakeholders and forums, providing expert FE@S input where required and acting as a conduit for feedback to the wider team and unit.
Support the FE@S programme in the delivery of key outputs, helping ensure that the initiative remains in scope and within time/cost constraints. This will include the facilitation of internal financial management requirements and activities.
Conduct in person liaison with delivery teams and allied stakeholders in Abbey wood, Bristol. Typically, one day a week.
Act as the focal point for the maintenance of Land Environment Sustainability Planning Assumptions (LESPAs).
