Clinical Psychologist - FULL TIME
Pay: £48,250- £58,250/pa (depending on experience )

Clinical Psychologist essential requirements:
* Hold HCPC registration
* Previous experience of working with individuals with a range of mental health difficulties, including mood disorders, psychosis, and trauma and personality difficulties
Clinical Psychologist role:
* Involves a full two weeks induction upon starting with us
* Identify and deliver appropriate treatments and interventions to holistically promote well-being of clients; liaise with family and carers
* Receive and respond promptly to referrals undertaking assessments to determine and plan an effective therapy programme
* Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions within the given field of therapy
* Regularly reviewing and monitoring outcomes of assessments and the effects of treatment in line with goal based outcomes
* Active participation in service developments including: the use of service user feedback / in-house training
* Contributing to the development of care pathways and other treatment protocols
* Provide specialist supervision, training and consultation to colleagues through formulation groups / reflective practice
* Manage an assigned caseload within agreed timescales ensuring regular interaction and communication with clients, professional colleagues and clinical staff
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the form of case notes, case files, clinical reports, computerised information systems and other associated documentation
* Work clinically with a dynamic multi-professional team leading development of individual formulations and psychological assessment
* Lead and co-ordinate professional and clinical colleagues, providing psychotherapeutic advice and guidance, and assists with the analysis of statistical data and information for research and audit purposes
