Due to rapid company success and growth, my client is looking to hire an experienced Senior level/Lead Business Change Project Manager.
The role is to be based in the company Head Office, mainly working on business change projects, however there will be a couple of technology projects coming up to include asset management and finance system changes. Communicating in a friendly, confident clean and concise manner with all levels of staff across the business. Working and management of third parties and external suppliers.
The role includes full end to end project management on a variety of small to large projects, requirement gathering, and successfully delivering projects in a timely fashion by setting clear goals and objectives and writing clear project plans. Assisting the Head of Programme Management Office in the running and maintenance of the PMO function across the business.
Alongside this, you will be leading/supervising two Project Managers by coaching, mentoring, and identifying training requirements. Assisting with one to one's and being a point of escalation as and when required, sharing knowledge and leading by example.

The role offers hybrid working of two days in the office and three days working from home per week. There will be an occasional visit to the Bristol office and it is imperative you can travel to Horley in Surrey, two days per week.

Skills/experience/attributes:
1. Minimum of three years' experience as a Business Change Project Manager is essential
2. Experience of working on technical systems change projects is highly desirable
3. Strong experience of project governance and writing a clear project plan
4. Experience of requirement gathering
5. Full end to end project management
6. Experience of working within the Energy sector is desirable but not essential
7. Strong senior Stakeholder Management experience
8. Ideally Prince 2 or Lean Six Sigma qualified
9. Experience of mentoring, coaching, leading other Project Managers
10. Experience of working to KPI's/SLA's
11. Excellent problem-solving skills
12. Intermediate in Word, Excel and Outlook
13. Collaborative team player across the business
14. Outstanding communication skills, verbal and written
15. Strong administrative and organisational skills
16. Motivating, encouraging with great listening skills
