Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute regular reporting tasks across multiple systems and platforms, ensuring data is delivered accurately and on time.
2. Assist in managing access to internal web reporting platforms, ensuring proper structure and organization.
3. Collaborate with analysts to resolve any issues related to data accuracy, report generation, or platform functionality.
4. Act as a point of contact between the BI team and internal stakeholders, keeping them informed of project status and any changes to deliverables.
5. Review incoming work requests, assess requirements, and assist in prioritizing tasks to ensure timely completion.
6. Support the BI team in identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve workflow efficiency.
7. Assist in the preparation and delivery of regular performance reports, ensuring they meet business needs.
8. Maintain and update documentation related to reporting processes, ensuring consistency and clarity across the team.
This role offers a balance of administrative tasks and hands-on technical development, with significant opportunities for growth and skill advancement. It also supports flexible working arrangements, with the option to work remotely or use one of our offices. Although we are primarily operating remotely, there will be opportunities for in-person team meetings and company gatherings.
If you enjoy staying organized, learning new skills, and supporting a team, this could be the perfect role for you!
