We are seeking an Office Administration Assistant (Part-Time) to join a dynamic team in Stevenage. Role Overview: As a part-time Office Admin Assistant, you will provide professional, friendly, and efficient support to the Office Manager and the businesses management team. You will work between 22.5 to 30 hours a week, over 3 or 4 full days (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday if 3 days, 22.5-30hrs/ per week).
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain the general upkeep of the office Greet all office visitors upon arrival Handle a range of basic administration and HR activities, including: On-boarding Organising interviews Sickness and holiday reporting Events organisation Organise meeting room bookings and refreshments Manage inbound calls and enquiries Place orders for equipment and stationery, and manage supplier relationships Provide ad-hoc support to the management team and other employees Produce reports for different teams within the business Handle inbound enquiries to head office
Ideal Candidate:
Proactive, organised, methodical, and personable Proven track record of taking ownership of projects Strong written and communication skills Excellent customer service skills Experience using business databases Great attention to detail and accuracy Confident in dealing with high-profile customers Previous experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment
Working Hours and Salary:
3 to 4 days a week from 9:00 to 5:30 Pro-rata salary between £24,000 and £25,00, depending on experience
