We're looking for an Electrician to join our South West Water team based in Devon/ Cornwall
Location: Hatherleigh based depot, Okehampton. Work is across Devon/ Cornwall
Hours: 45 hours per week
What will you be responsible for?
As an Electrician, you'll be working within the South West Water team.
Your day to day will include:
* Install, modify and commission water industry equipment such as pumps, motors, water quality instrumentation all to relevant industry and technical standards
* Diagnose and repair electrical faults on systems and plant. Creating reports and liaising with client and company management where necessary
* Carry out full NICEIC testing of newly installed and legacy equipment as per BS7671
What are we looking for?
This role of Electrician is great for you if you hold:
* Experience within a similar role along with relevant formal qualifications
* Relevant electrical testing qualification- 2391
* Practical understanding of automated plant and control systems
* Knowledge and experience of working on industrial and control applications, with the ability to read and fault find from circuit diagrams
* Understanding of waste and clean water treatment processes
