One of our top US law firm clients is looking for a Senior HR Manager to join their established London office. The Senior HR Manager is responsible for the Human Resources functions in the London & International offices, specifically focusing on the Fee-Earner population, including employee relations, business services recruiting, onboarding, and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior HR Manager:
* Providing support and guidance to partners, lawyers, managers, and employees on all employee relations issues such as coaching, discipline, hiring, and termination.
* Partner with the Directors and Managers in respect of business support staff hiring and performance management.
* Partner with practice management, HR, and employment lawyer in respect of performance management of all lawyers.
* Assist with the HR annual budget in conjunction with the Director of International Human Resources and Chief Human Resources Officer.
* Developing and evaluating effective sources to ensure the most qualified candidates are recruited, interviewed, and selected.
Key Skills & Requirements of the Senior HR Manager:
* CIPD Certification.
* At least 5 years of professional HR experience with an emphasis in employee relations, recruiting, and workforce management; extensive fee-earner experience is desirable.
* Demonstrable commitment to staying up-to-date on the latest HR trends.
* Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, organisational, and planning skills.
* Strong computer skills including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are essential.
