We’re recruiting for a Researcher to join a boutique Executive Search firm specialising in end-to-end Supply Chain recruitment. This is a unique opportunity to become an expert in the space – a field now at the forefront of business strategy amid global disruptions like trade wars, the energy crisis, and environmental regulations.
You’ll play a key role in supporting a deeply connected and experienced 360 Consultant with over 15 years in the industry. Working retained, your assignments will be at the SVP Procurement / Commercial Director level, often involving strategic appointments with global impact and salaries ranging from £300–£400k.
This is a warm, high-level network that spans investor-side relationships and C-suite decision-makers. Your role? To tap into it.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Partnering with a senior consultant on retained assignments across R&D, manufacturing, procurement, and commercial functions
* Researching and mapping talent within the paper & packaging supply chain sector globally
* Staying abreast of global geopolitical issues impacting transit routes, tariffs, sustainability, and manufacturing strategy
* Supporting strategic advisory projects focused on sustainability, packaging innovation, and ESG
* Developing in-depth market intelligence to guide clients in talent acquisition and organisational design
