Sales Coach
Reports to: Head of Sales
Full time – 37.5 hours per week - Shift patterns between Monday and Saturday
Up to £35,000 basic salary per annum
Up to £10,000 bonus per annum
£5,000 car allowance per annum
Business travel expenses paid

Key Responsibilities
Duties include but are not limited to;
* Responsible for the onboarding and induction of new starters into the sales department
* Work alongside the sales leadership team to develop and deliver sales onboarding for your territory, in line with the company KPI’s
* Deliver in field training to ensure field sales executives achieve the company KPI’s
* Complete observational training and deliver feedback to sales colleagues and their line managers in line with the company structure
* Coach the field sales team to sell full fibre broadband and affiliated products, primarily to the B2C market but also to the B2B market
* Reviewing team performance with the Head of Sales, supporting key areas and individuals requiring training support
* Ability to close sales via door to door selling to demonstrate best practice
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
* A full UK driving license
* Access to a vehicle that meets our safety specifications
* Minimum 1 year sales coaching experience
* Minimum 2 years sales experience
* Evidence of coaching in a sales environment
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office365 program suite (specifically Microsoft Powerpoint)
