If you're passionate about clinical leadership and ready for a rewarding challenge, we encourage you to apply Main duties of the job o Clinical Expertise: Provide expert clinical guidance on CHC appeals and retrospective reviews to ensure eligibility decisions are evidence-based and consistent with the National Framework.o Leadership in Meetings: Coordinate and lead resolution meetings and retrospective discussions, offering professional CHC guidance in sensitive situations where families have disputed decisions or requested reviews.o Team Development: Manage and support clinical and administrative staff, delivering 1:1 supervision, conducting appraisals, and facilitating team development.o Process Improvement: Collaborate with the Line Manager to review and enhance CHC appeals and retrospective review processes, identifying improvements to meet quality and effectiveness targets.o Patient Communication: Manage patient and family communications, especially in contentious cases, addressing concerns professionally and empathetically.o Documentation and Reporting: Oversee the timely and accurate preparation of documents, including health and social care records, for NHS England's independent review panels.
