They have a strong branch and onsite network and are located in a number of key towns and cities across the region. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Branch Manager to head up this established team. The branch is established and has a good reputation in the local area and the team is loyal and keen to succeed. They are looking for an ambitious and capable leader who can inspire coach and mentor. You will be tasked with the full day-to-day management of the team and will be expected to lead by example in order for the branch to grow. The team will need to be supervised, and trained, and will require a motivated, disciplined, and driven manager. This will be a hands-on role where you will be expected to take control of the business, attend visits, and create tenders and proposals whilst coaching and mentoring. You will have full P&L responsibility and will be expected to take full charge and run the branch as if this really were your own business. The role will suit an experienced recruitment professional who is looking for a challenge within an autonomous environment. Previous managerial experience within a focused, targeted recruitment environment is essential as is a full UK driving licence.
