Experienced Contact Centre Advisors are needed to join a global IT services and technology consultancy based in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire. They are open people looking for both full time and part time opportunities. About the Company This established consultancy specializes in IT services and technology consultation, helping clients achieve their business goals. With over 15 years of experience and offices spanning the US, Australia, and Europe, the company offers a dynamic and supportive work environment that values its employees. Key Responsibilities Handling inbound and outbound customer calls. Managing bookings and resolving issues for cruise clients. Listening to customer needs and offering effective solutions. Responding to customer emails and complaints. Upselling products and placing orders in the system. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure first-contact resolution. Managing escalations and providing accurate information about services. Working Hours Full-time: 37.5 hours per week. Shifts Monday to Friday between 8 am - 8 pm. Saturday shifts (10 am - 6 pm) on a rota basis. Part-time roles also available. Required Skills & Experience Fluency in English is essential. Fluency in German is required for one specific role. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. A customer-focused mindset with a passion for service. Previous experience in customer service or contact centres is desirable.
