We are recruiting an Admin Clerk to work for our worldwide logistics client with a site in Fradley Park (WS13)
This is a temp-perm opportunity.
Hours of Work : ( hours paid per week)
Days of Work: Monday to Friday
Rate or pay : Circa £32,nbsp; (£+ 25% shift allowance) – paid hourly
Requirements:
Admin/Data Entry Experience
Solid work history
IT Skills – Microsoft Excel/Outlook/Word (or similar)
Professional Telephone Manner
Flexible attitude
FULL TRAINING PROVIDED
The successful candidate will be expected to support the BMW European contract.
Training to provide knowledge on customs clearing goods that route via terminal Lichfield from EU for the UK factories.
Export
Maintain & update data on company systems
Ensure shipping process is carried out in line with the company’s processes & quality procedures
Prepare required paperwork for suppliers and BMW sites including chasing any missing paperwork
Expert user of in-house TMS system, TRP, FCM, Freightsoft and GTS
Ensure Compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SLA’s)
Maintain & update data on company systems
Ensure shipping process is carried out in line with the company’s processes & quality procedures
Prepare required paperwork from suppliers
Contributes to safe working operation of site and colleagues by working to safe systems of work and promptly reporting hazards
Good Communication skills (verbal and written)
Complies with the company code of conduct and any other related or relevant procedures
Ensuring accurate information and Paperwork is gathered from Customer and supplier in line with process
No knowledge of custom process’s expected although experience is desirable.
Moderate + experience with Microsoft packages – Excel/Outlook/Word
Administrative experience desirable
Second Language – preferable but not essential.
