Resourcing Partner - Nursing
We have an exciting opportunity for a Resourcing Partner to join our Resourcing / Recruitment team. This role is located at The London Clinic's Head Office, we are offering a hybrid working model with remote working available, along with a highly competitive salary.
Established in 1932, The London Clinic is one of the UK's largest private hospitals, with state-of-the-art facilities located around Harley Street. Job Profile
The Resourcing Partner will report into the Resourcing Manager and will be responsible for the implementation and delivery of talent acquisition, resource planning, and a proactive, cost effective and professional recruitment service predominantly across our Nursing Directorate but also our Operational & Medical Directorates.
Job Type: This is a full-time, permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week; Monday to Friday.
Location: Head Office - London, NW1 4LJ (close to Regents Park & Baker Street tube stations). We are offering a hybrid working model with remote working available.
Salary: We are offering a competitive salary for this position, dependent upon skills and experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:
* Partner with Heads of Service & Hiring Managers to create and deliver strategic resourcing plans to fill roles effectively, whilst providing specialist advice and guidance throughout the end-to-end recruitment process.
* Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, providing innovative recruitment solutions to hire the best talent efficiently and cost-effectively whilst ensuring an exceptional candidate and manager experience.
* Create and deliver strategic resourcing plans including developing direct sourcing strategies, as well as screening and interviewing candidates to meet the Clinic's resourcing plans for permanent staffing requirements.
* Work closely with the People Team & People Shared Services Team, to drive recruitment standards and ensure we deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the end-to-end process that represents our values.
* Building collaborative and credible relationships with stakeholders across the hiring community, providing expert advice on all recruitment related matters and processes, as well as coaching stakeholders on recruitment best practice, including our commitment to EDI throughout the recruitment process.
* Optimise attraction channels and employer brand activities, as well as conducting effective recruitment management information reporting so that we can continuously improve the quality and value of the resourcing service.
Skills & Experience:
* In-house recruitment experience working as a Resourcing/Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Partner.
* Experience within the Healthcare industry is essential.
* Vastly experienced at managing the end-to-end recruitment life-cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management) across a variety of roles.
* Demonstrable stakeholder management experience with a successful track record of building effective and credible relationships both internally and externally.
* Experience of resource planning, managing recruitment campaigns and implementing a range of attraction and selection methodologies, especially innovative sourcing solutions for specialised markets.
* Highly effective communicator with excellent time management and influencing skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced and complex environment.
