About the Role

This is a key role for the Risk function, providing administrative support to the Risk Leadership Team (RLT) and wider Risk function. This will be a varied role engaging with multiple stakeholders across the function and the business. This is a great opportunity for someone with good organisational and prioritisation skills to join the Risk function, with opportunities to learn about and support the disciplines of Risk, Compliance and Financial Crime. The role holder will:
1. Provide administrative support to the Chief Risk Officer (CRO), other RLT members and the Risk function.
2. Provide support to the Regulatory Liaison team as needed, including set up of regulatory meetings and record keeping.
3. Diary and administrative support for the CRO, Compliance & Financial Crime Director, and Risk Director (required).
4. Lead and/or contribute to ad hoc initiatives/projects as required.
5. Maintain the Risk intranet content, making updates as needed.
6. Administration of the Affluent Risk Management Committee, including meeting set up, paper requests and meeting pack preparation.
7. Tracking of Risk reporting due for management and Board governance meetings.
8. Tracking of CRO actions.
9. Coordination of the Risk Learning Academy.
10. Coupa and invoice management.
11. Maintain and update Risk function structure charts as needed.
12. Directory persons FCA notifications updates for staff members.
