If you have a passion for flexible packaging and a proven sales track record, we’d love to hear from you Key Responsibilities: • Sales Growth & Revenue : Drive new business sales, increase revenue, and build a strong pipeline of potential clients in the flexible packaging industry. • Client Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, providing tailored solutions to meet their packaging needs. • Market Development : Identify emerging market trends, target new business opportunities, and support Aropack’s continued market presence in the UK. • Account Management : Manage customer accounts, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with our design and production teams to deliver bespoke packaging solutions, ensuring that customer expectations are met and exceeded. • Reporting & Forecasting : Maintain accurate sales records, prepare regular reports on sales performance, and forecast future revenue. Key Requirements: • Experience : Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the flexible packaging or related industry. Knowledge of stand-up pouches, flat bottom bags, and bespoke printed packaging is highly desirable. • Sales Skills : Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with the ability to close high-value contracts. • Communication : Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills; comfortable interacting with key stakeholders and decision-makers. • Market Insight : Strong understanding of the UK packaging market, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and leverage market trends. • Travel Flexibility : Willingness to travel within the UK and Europe to meet clients as required. • Proactive Mindset : Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
