VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of a Helpdesk Administrator for a major M&E contractor company based in Belfast.
This is a Full-time position - Monday - Friday position (with an early finish Friday )
Permanent position - Position of work is Belfast (City Centre)
Salary:
£23,500 - £24,500 (DOE / Negotiable) + Benefits package & Growth Opportunities
Responsibilities:
* Internal and external emails
* Raising and closing jobs on Facilities Management side of the business
* Raising Purchase Orders to our Supply Chain side of the business
* Answering the phone to clients and engineers
Ideal Criteria:
* Experience with Microsoft Office package
* Experience in a similar client/customer facing role
* Helpdesk experience
* Experience with CAFM systems advantageous
